We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Construction Team. This role is responsible for managing communication, coordination, organization, and systems throughout the Development, Pre-Construction, Construction, and Post-Construction phases. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Project Manager ensures projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development:
  • Liaise with the Development Team to coordinate and provide communication between design, engineering, legal and code consultants.
  • Evaluate, coordinate, and communicate site and building designs for feasibility.
  • Formulate work plans, develop cost estimates, and project schedules.
  • Coordinate drawings from architect and apply for building permits.
• Pre-Construction:
  • Secure procurement for trades and manage the budgets for various designs and construction options.
  • Establish final construction budgets in collaboration with the Development Manager and Senior Project Manager.
  • Work with project superintendent and trades to prepare detailed logistics and staging plans.
  • Create final schedules for construction and complete construction packages including drawings, specs, and upgrades.
• Construction & Post-Construction:
  • Work collaboratively with all staff including the Construction, Development, Sales, and Finance teams.
  • Provide technical support to administration and consultant architects/engineers.
  • Work closely with the Development Manager to review all aspects of the offsite civil work.

Salary:

$90,000 to $120,000 YEAR annually
