Construction Project Manager

Hays is currently working with a renowned general contractor, who specializes in industrial, commercial, and institutional construction projects across Canada.

Our Client is involved in full service builds and additions/renovations for schools, hospitals, fire stations, commercial offices, parking garages, water treatment plants, etc.

We are currently hiring for a Project Manager, with experience in ICI construction, especially with water treatment plants (mandatory).

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, involving ICI projects from pre-construction phase till closeout, with at least 1 project being the pumping station/water treatment project.

The candidates should have experience with day-to-day activities, managing and coordinating with stakeholders involved, handling administrative tasks such as taking meetings, RFI's, purchase orders, change orders, submittals, etc.
