They lead the overall development and construction phases for designated projects (assigned based on expertise, bandwidth and personality) to ensure that corporate, client and project goals are accomplished on time and within budget parameters. Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
Minimum of 5 years experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager
Familiarity with industry-specific software related to project management, accounting, scheduling, estimating, takeoff and BIM
Must be a licensed driver with reliable transportation to and from job sites
Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite)

Contribute to weekly schedules (Superintendents to drive schedule process)
Lead project kick-off meeting and Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings
Oversee Subcontractor Meetings (led by Superintendent)
Manage Non-Financial Project Controls
Maintain a safe work environment
Track status of job materials
Ensure work is completed at the highest quality
Manage all project documents (Responsibility may fall to Project Coordinator)
