Coordinate and manage contractors, vendors and consultants to ensure quality control and that projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting or exceeding the client’s expectations.
Foster positive and effective business relationships at multiple levels and project phases.
Ongoing project status updates with customers.
Provide and maintain reports, documentation and collaboration with internal functions.
Manage project budget and accounting processes including accuracy, documentation approvals, reporting and tracking.
Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
Must possess applied principles in construction, architecture, land development and engineering.
Must have experience in commercial/retail construction and development.
Excellent administrative and job costing skills.
Computer proficiency with MS Office and MS Project, Excel.
Demonstrated ability to manage people, multiple priorities and business relationships.
Strong verbal, written, computer and technical communication skills.
