Job description
  • Coordinate and manage contractors, vendors and consultants to ensure quality control and that projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting or exceeding the client’s expectations.
  • Foster positive and effective business relationships at multiple levels and project phases.
  • Ongoing project status updates with customers.
  • Provide and maintain reports, documentation and collaboration with internal functions.
  • Manage project budget and accounting processes including accuracy, documentation approvals, reporting and tracking.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Must possess applied principles in construction, architecture, land development and engineering.
  • Must have experience in commercial/retail construction and development.
  • Excellent administrative and job costing skills.
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office and MS Project, Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage people, multiple priorities and business relationships.
  • Strong verbal, written, computer and technical communication skills.
