Our client is a leading Construction Services Company focused on Food Processing, Cold Storage and Agriculture industries. They are seeking a talented Construction Project Administrator to play a pivotal role in the organization and join their project team.

About the role :

As a crucial member of the project management team, your primary responsibility is the effective coordination of project schedules and deadlines, collaborating closely with Project Managers to ensure a smooth and organized flow of project operations. Serving as the central point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, you will leverage your expertise to cultivate positive relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team.

Your proactive approach extends to the management of project-related risks, involving the tracking of insurance, licensing, and safety program requirements. This collaborative effort involves working closely with the Health and Safety team to guarantee strict adherence to protocols on the construction site. Beyond these responsibilities, you will also contribute a hands-on touch by handling errands such as material and tool pickups and overseeing the organization of site trailers.

In this multifaceted role, your contributions will be pivotal in driving a well-coordinated and efficient project environment. Your outstanding time management skills, unwavering dedication to customer service, and ability to multitask will play a crucial role in the successful execution of projects.

Qualifications :
