Construction Litigation Associate (Mid-Level)

Our global litigation and disputes lawyers advise many of the world's largest corporations and financial institutions on complex, high-value and sensitive multi-jurisdictional disputes. With more than 50 offices across the globe, we have one of the largest disputes legal practices in the world, with significant experience resolving domestic and cross-border mandates, international arbitrations and investigations and enforcement for clients across all the key industry sectors, including financial institutions; energy, infrastructure and resources; transport; technology; life sciences and healthcare; and consumer markets.

Our Vancouver office is currently seeking a mid-level associate to join our Litigation Group, to work on construction-related matters. The successful candidate will join a litigation team who advises on procurement, project delivery and management, liens and dispute resolution in private and public contexts, as well as liability defence work for design professionals.

The ideal candidate will have had exposure to these types of litigation matters, as well as:

• Minimum 3 years to 5 years of post-call experience;
• excellent academics; and
• excellent interpersonal skills as well as a practical and team-oriented approach to practice.

Vancouver Salary: $142-$175,000 per year. Salary will be discussed and negotiated during interview and will be based on experience.
