Construction Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team on-site.

Responsibilities

1. Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and concrete pouring.
2. Load and unload materials and equipment at job sites.
3. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by removing debris and ensuring tools are properly stored.
4. Follow safety protocols to minimize risks on the job site.
5. Operate basic construction tools and equipment as needed.
6. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project timelines are met.
7. Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Experience

1. Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
2. Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is advantageous.
3. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team is essential.
4. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) regularly.
5. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
