Construction Foreman

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Foreman to lead site operations and oversee construction crews. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for guiding the team and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks in alignment with project priorities and plans
• Allocate daily and general responsibilities to team members
• Supervise and provide training to workers and tradespeople
• Ensure adequate manpower and resource availability for project execution
• Uphold safety precautions and maintain compliance with quality standards
• Oversee the proper use of machinery and equipment on-site
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise during projects
• Report project progress to the Superintendent, Operations Team, and Project Management Team

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a construction foreman
• At least 3 years of comprehensive knowledge of concrete construction procedures and equipment; concrete restoration experience is an asset
• Proven ability to manage tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work
• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively execute projects from start to finish
• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable motor vehicle record
• Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings, plans, and blueprints
• Good physical condition with the stamina required for construction tasks
