Job Description:

Construction Coordination Engineer
Dubai Main Office

Parsons is looking for a Construction Coordination Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to support the Construction Director with on-site field construction management activities associated with the completion of assigned construction package(s).

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Directly reporting to PMC Construction Director.
2. Collaborate in maintaining a strong client relationship as a primary contact.
3. Collaborate in reporting project progress during meetings with the client.
4. Assist in reviewing cost and risk analyses and extra work claims for the client.
5. Support to ensure compliance with Company HSEQ policies and procedures.
6. Monitor the manpower deployment schedule of each construction project.
7. Collaborate in leading construction management efforts and play a pivotal role in project delivery.
8. Assist in directing and meticulously assessing the overall planning of construction activities to identify critical milestones and priorities.
9. Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient office and field procedures.
10. Collaborate in possessing knowledge of pertinent contract documents specific to the project.
11. Apply technical knowledge to support comprehensive constructability analysis and review construction documents.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; Master's Degree in Construction Management is preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of related work experience providing construction and project management services.
3. Proven ability to effectively assist in managing teams and communicating with clients.
4. Supervisory experience in large civil/structural and/or infrastructure projects (roads, highways, bridges, airport) construction in the Middle East is preferred.
5. Good written and oral communications skills in both English and Arabic.
