Position Overview: The Town of Canmore Connect Outdoors - Summer Club Team Leader is responsible for leading the implementation of children and youth programs to deliver safe, fun, and memorable experiences for participants. As a member of the Family Connection Centre, the team leader will be responsible for assisting with planning and implementing program itineraries which provide meaningful and age-appropriate activities for children and youth in our community. The supervision and safety of participants is the number one priority. You will have the opportunity to provide supports to families with children 5 -12 by welcoming them into our program space, build positive and lasting relationships, and provide direct support to current programs.

You are a positive, effective communicator, who listens actively and has the ability to cultivate collaborative relationships with clients, and internal and external stakeholders. Compensation & Work Schedule: This is a casual role from June 23 to August 22, 2024. Availability on Mondays to Friday from 8:00 am-4.30 pm is required. Hourly wage for this role is $25.13 per hour.
