Condominium Manager

Overview

Responsibilities

3. Manage customer relationships by providing outstanding service and addressing any concerns promptly.
4. Utilize property management software such as Buildium to track operations and maintain accurate records.
5. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure favorable terms for the organization.
6. Implement effective administrative processes for filing, documentation, and reporting.
7. Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that drive business growth.
8. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in property management or a related field.
2. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
3. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
4. Proficient in administrative tasks including file management and documentation processes.
5. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is preferred.
6. Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
