Position Overview:

We are looking for experienced concrete professionals who are passionate about their craft and eager to work on a variety of projects, ranging from small residential jobs to large-scale commercial developments. • Skilled Concrete Professionals: Prep crews with experience in both residential and commercial projects is an asset.
• Commitment to Quality: A strong focus on delivering high-quality work that meets or exceeds industry standards.
• Reliability and Professionalism: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining professional conduct on all job sites.
• Compliance with Safety Standards: Adherence to safety protocols, including maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Reliable: You must be dependable, trustworthy, and consistently follow through on your commitments.
• Customer is ALWAYS first approach: You should demonstrate a strong commitment to exceptional customer service and consistently go above and beyond for our clients.
• WCB Coverage: Subcontractors must have Workers' Compensation Board (WCB) coverage.
• Liability Insurance: Proof of valid liability insurance is mandatory.
• Tools & Equipment: Subcontractors must provide their own tools and equipment necessary to perform the job.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in concrete work, including forming, placing, and finishing.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation to job sites within Calgary and surrounding areas.
