Responsibilities :
Plumbing and Electrical Repairs : Conduct routine and emergency plumbing and electrical repairs as needed throughout the property.
Painting Common Areas : Preserve the property's aesthetic appeal by participating in painting and touch-up projects in common areas.
Maintenance Inspections : Perform regular property inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly, including leaks, equipment malfunctions, and safety hazards.
Maintenance Record Keeping : Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs completed, and inventory management.
Respond to Tenant Requests : Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and repair requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring tenant satisfaction.
Preventive Maintenance : Assist in implementing and maintaining a preventive maintenance program to prolong the lifespan of building systems and equipment.
Health and Safety Compliance : Adhere to safety protocols, wear personal protective equipment when necessary, and report any safety concerns to management.
Cleaning : Conduct regular cleaning of common areas to uphold cleanliness standards and enhance tenant experience.
After-Hours Emergencies : Be available to respond to after-hours emergencies at the property as needed.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma or Equivalent : Basic educational requirement.
Proven Maintenance Experience : Demonstrated expertise in plumbing, electrical repairs, and general maintenance.
Knowledge of Building Systems : Familiarity with building systems, equipment, and tools related to plumbing and electrical work.
Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and find effective solutions.
Effective Communication : Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with tenants and management.
Attention to Detail : A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
