Responsibilities for Concierge and Foot Patrol Security Guard:

1. Maintain a safe and secure environment
2. Perform exterior foot patrol at the premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
3. Enforce property regulations and city by-laws on the client's site
4. Deter criminal activity
5. Engage in visible deterrence through their presence and by adhering to security procedures
6. Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches
7. Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues
8. Complete daily reports and incident reports
9. Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications for Concierge and Foot Patrol Security Guard:

1. Good verbal and written communication skills
2. Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
3. Tactical experience (asset)
4. Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
5. Customer service oriented
6. Must be able to work afternoon shifts
7. Must be able to work outside
8. Leadership and problem-solving skills
9. Ability to work in a stressful environment
