Job Summary

The Community Partnership Manager will focus on building and maintaining relationships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to enhance program reach and resources. This role involves identifying potential partnerships, representing the program at community events, and collaborating with internal teams to secure funding and promote the program's impact.

Responsibilities

  1. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration and support.
  2. Partnership Identification: Identify and cultivate potential partnerships that can expand program reach and enhance available resources.
  3. Program/Initiatives Development: Collaborate with the Academic Support Manager to develop new programs or initiatives that address students’ needs and leverage resources effectively.
  4. Negotiation: Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutual benefits for all parties involved.
  5. Funding Opportunities: Collaborate with the Program Manager to identify and secure funding opportunities through partnerships and ensuring the sustainability of programs.
  6. Resource Coordination: Collaborate with the Academic Support Manager to find and secure resources for students, enhancing their academic and social support.
  7. Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Lead to promote partnerships and highlight program impact through various channels.
  8. Communication and Feedback: Maintain regular communication and feedback loops with partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
  9. Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the progress and outcomes of partnership initiatives and report on their impact to stakeholders and funders.
  10. Data Analysis: Gather and utilize data to evaluate program effectiveness and make informed decisions for continuous improvement.
  11. Representation: Represent the program at community events and meetings, promoting the mission and objectives of RISEC.
  12. Cultural Sensitivity: Ensure that all partnership activities and student support are culturally sensitive and inclusive, reflecting the diversity of the community served.

Qualification

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Community Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. Proven experience in partnership development, community engagement, or a similar role.
  3. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  4. Experience in fundraising and securing grants is a plus.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
  6. Passion for supporting the academic success of newcomers and a commitment to community development.
