Role Overview:
As a Remote Community Outreach Data Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various outreach programs. Your role will help ensure the effectiveness and impact of our initiatives, enabling TD to make informed decisions and strengthen its community relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and input data related to community outreach programs and initiatives

• Analyze data and generate reports to evaluate the success of outreach efforts

• Maintain and update databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy

• Collaborate with community outreach teams to assess program performance

• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis

• Support the preparation of presentations and reports for stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or community outreach

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience working with databases and reporting systems

• Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

• Knowledge of community outreach or social impact programs is an asset

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
