Part-time/Full-time Options: Monday-Friday

Work Location: Greater Ottawa Area

We Offer:

1. Salary: $165,000-$218,000
2. Part-time and Full-time Opportunities
3. Sign-on Bonus: $3000
4. Ongoing Support

Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (preferred)
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in fieldwork as an Occupational Therapist
3. ADP Authorizer is preferred but not required
4. Great communication skills - must be able to effectively communicate and think critically (both written and verbal skills)
5. Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (must be in good standing)

Responsibilities:

1. Complete community assessments and implement an effective treatment plan for patients (Non-MVA files)
2. Ensure that all patient's needs are met
3. Collaborate with other team members and healthcare professionals when needed
4. Documentation - charting to ensure excellent communication in a timely manner
5. Identify the need for any beneficial/assistive device for the patient and support with the coordination of the delivery and installation of these devices
