This position is perfect for a communications professional looking to expand their skillset in a new university and contribute to the development of a new and exciting brand. The primary purpose of the Communications Coordinator position is to provide communications support for the University of Niagara Falls Canada and to support all social media content, community management, and reputation management. The Communications Coordinator will also be responsible for providing internal communications support and university initiatives, including writing, editing, proofreading, employee and student communications, creative ad copy writing, SEO, blogs, stories and website content updates. The Communications Coordinator will focus on creating clear and concise communications for the university. The Communications Coordinator will assist in creating and editing marketing and promotional material as required and will assist with other communications department duties as assigned by the Communications and PR Specialist.
