Overview of the Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager in this commission paid position, you will be responsible for business development and maintaining sound customer relations. You will analyze client’s needs and requirements and offer solutions. It is a unique opportunity that allows you to apply your entrepreneurial spirit and offers excellent potential for sales growth.

How you will make contributions that matter:
- Meet and exceed budgeted volume targets
- Develop and grow the Saputo business through new business acquisition and full line selling
- Communicate internally among Saputo management, maximizing opportunities and cost efficiencies
- Initiate and evaluate opportunities
- Develop and implement a schedule for customer contact to capitalize on opportunities
- Provide territory plans and reports with ‘initiatives’ in acquiring new or incremental business
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Manage Accounts Receivables within the designated territory
- Other duties as assigned
You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:
- 2 – 3 years of sales experience required; Food Service sales would be an asset
- Training and education in sales is preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, with leadership qualities
- Ability to work under pressure and establish priorities
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Dependability and proficiency in current position
- Must have a valid drivers’ license.
