What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience in sales, particularly in the law enforcement, military, or tactical gear industry
2. Established relationships or potential leads with police departments, security agencies, and other law enforcement offices
3. Ability to identify, pitch, and close sales in a competitive market
4. Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently on a commission-only basis
