What would I do?

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the team
• Plan and schedule projects, ensuring timely completion
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Supervise and train team members on job tasks and safety protocols
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Work together with our team to provide reporting and response to clients
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets standards
• Assess site for scope and assist with quoting

What should I already know?

• Previous experience in a managerial role in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of roofing construction processes and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
