Commercial Real Estate Agent

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage all day-to-day sales and leases.
2. Negotiate lease agreements or sales contracts.
3. Other duties as assigned, including special projects as requested by management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Degree from an accredited university.
2. Real Estate License required.
3. A minimum of one to five (1-5) years of experience in the real estate industry while holding a license.
4. Lease Administration experience.
5. Project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
6. Strong leadership skills.
7. Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
8. Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.
9. Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and editing skills.
10. Superb attention to detail.
11. Strong math and analytical skills.
12. Strong visual design acuity.
13. Ability to plan, organize and efficiently manage time and tasks.
14. Strong consultative skills with the proven ability to influence others.
15. Self-starter able to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
16. Ability to maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner to facilitate positive working relationships with tenants, vendors, co-workers, and management.
17. Strong proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
