Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Managerto oversee our retail property portfolios (1M-2M square feet). This role is primarily operational, focusing on hands-on property management with 75% of time spent onsite at properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilities management and maintenance oversight
• Vendor selection, management, and performance evaluation
• Project management for property improvements and renovations
• Developing scopes of work for maintenance and capital projects
• Building and maintaining positive tenant relations
• Regular property inspections and quality assurance
• Implementing preventative maintenance programs
• Ensuring property compliance with regulations and standards

Requirements

• Proven experience managing retail commercial properties
• Experience with large portfolios (1M-2M square feet)
• Strong vendor management and project coordination skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to spend 75% of time onsite at properties
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
