What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI

- Present data findings clearly and concisely using PowerPoint
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis or related field, or a combination of education and experience
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in data analysis
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, across all organizational levels
- Must be a team player with proactive and collaborative skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the insurance industry
- Knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics
- Familiarity with SharePoint and current data analysis tools
- Strong sales mindset and relationship-building skills
