Description: Commercial Facility Technician - LEAD
Location: North Bay
Shift: 40+ Hours per week. Weekend work included
Compensation: $17.80/hour

You MUST have a valid G driver's license and your own vehicle with your own insurance. You MUST have a clean Criminal Record and be available to work weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Completing all cleaning to standards set out in the Reference List and Staff Binders.
2. Preparing all cleaning kits, chemicals, and equipment every day for proper use.
3. Double checking all cleaning is up to standards at assigned locations.
4. Understanding and following daily schedules.
5. Ensuring awareness of the cleaning needs of each location by following the spec sheets provided.
6. Taking an active effort in positive client communications when possible.

Notes:

1. Having previous cleaning experience is preferred.
2. All candidates must have their vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance for this position.
3. All employees are required to pass a police background check.
