As a Commercial Cleaner with Advantage Personnel, you will be an essential part of our customers growing team, responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in various commercial settings, including offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities!
Your primary duties will involve performing routine cleaning tasks to ensure that facilities meet health and safety standards, enhancing the overall appearance and functionality of the workspace.
In this role, you will work both independently and as part of a team, following established cleaning protocols and procedures.
Attention to detail is critical, as you will be responsible for cleaning floors, restrooms, windows, and communal areas, as well as managing waste disposal and replenishing supplies. You will also be expected to operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.
