Position SummaryInterior Health has an opportunity for a Relief Part Time (0.48 FTE) CLXT in Merritt, B.C. If you have successfully completed a recognized Combined Lab/X-Ray CLXT program and would enjoy everything in this gentle paced, affordable and rural lifestyle, then we would love to hear from you!
This position will work rotating day and evening shifts with the shift times being 07:30 to 15:30, 08:00 to 16:00, 09:00 to 17:00, 15:59 to 23:59.
What Will You Work On?The CLXT will perform a variety of routine laboratory, x-ray and ECG procedures in accordance with departmental policies, procedures and standards as defined by respective service and accrediting bodies. The CLXT also performs routine and preventative maintenance of equipment and troubleshoots equipment problems as required.

Effective April 01, 2024 – the hourly wage for CLXTs will be $36.69 - $45.81

Eligible for registration with a provincial licensing body.
One year of general experience in laboratory and diagnostic imaging fields or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
