What will be your daily pursuit?
As the Retail Inventory Associate, you will support sales staff in keeping the store stocked and ensure they are knowledgeable about the products they will be introducing to guests.
What will your compensation be?
The starting salary for this position is $18.00 per hour.

What will you do in this job?
- Oversee stocking and merchandising of souvenirs, clothing.
- Work closely with the manager to maintain inventory levels.
- Become familiar with the POS system, particularly back office functions such as automatic purchase orders and inter-location transfer of inventory.
- Monitor security in the retail environment and carry out cycle inventories as per Pursuit SOP.
- Uphold our high standards of merchandising and display.
- Delegate merchandising and stocking duties as required.
- Ensure service is friendly, courteous, and professional.
- Operate the point of sale system with accuracy and efficiency, including the responsible handling of cash and credit cards.
- Keep the sales floor and storage areas clean and organized.
- Communicate with co-workers and management, forwarding observations and comments in a timely fashion.
- Apply cross-selling merchandising techniques to maximize the sales potential of the outlet.
- Collect feedback forms from customers, facilitating efficient inventory management and movement.
- Uphold the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employees.
- Other duties as assigned.
What skills and experience do you need for this job?
- 1-3 years of leadership and training experience.
- Must get excited at the idea of living and working in a remote (yet very social) environment.
- Previous experience with back office systems.
- Guest service-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
- Speaking a second language is an asset.
- Mature, energetic, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Enjoy working with a team in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Must meet the Organization grooming and appearance standards.
