POSITION SUMMARY

As a summer student with Rifco National Auto Finance, you will support the Collections Department in recovering outstanding debts for the organization. Your role will involve contacting clients and tracking accounts. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in finance, customer service, and debt management. This is a term-certain position from May 12 to August 29, 2025.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

1. Conflict Resolution experience would be an asset
2. High School Diploma
3. De-escalation skills would be an asset.
4. Related experience preferred but not required

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conducting basic collections.
2. Maintaining consistent and accurate notes on all accounts.
3. Ensuring all privacy guidelines are followed.
4. Performing other related duties as needed.
