We are a fast-paced, production-oriented machine shop with plenty of opportunity for growth. We ship our product all over North America and are recognized as a premier brand that supports the diesel truck aftermarket. We are a growing shop looking for new additions to the team as we expand. Our current focus is on expanding our Day Shift, Monday to Friday, 6 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

As a member of the CNC Team, you will:

• Program and set up CNC milling, lathe, or other machinery according to blueprint specifications.
• Read and interpret technical blueprints and design models and input the product design into the computer modeling software.
• Adjust machine settings to the desired product specifications.
• Troubleshoot and maintain machines.
• Test the accuracy of settings and programs.
• Design and manufacture tooling required for production.
• Order components necessary to build tooling.
• Assist in the training and development of machine shop personnel.
• Collaborate with other departments on efforts such as R&D projects, launching new products, innovation, and standardization of best practices.
• Work independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.
• Typically report to a supervisor/manager.

Who You Are?

• CNC Machining Experience: CNC Vertical, Horizontal Milling, and/or CNC Lathe: Minimum 5 years of experience required
• Red Seal Journeyman Machinist or Equivalent.
• Formal training in CNC programming.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Knowledgeable in G Code.
• Mechanical aptitude and sound knowledge of machine tooling.
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team member.
• Willingness to learn and improve your skills.

Pay: $38.00-$48.00 per year
