CNC Programmer/Engineer

Recruiting Solutions is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Engineer for a company in the Mount Pleasant area. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of CNC G-code programming and be proficient in CAD software. This is an hourly position. Pay ranges from $25 - $28.

• Program CNC router and support job setups
• Collaborate with senior engineers to design and develop new products, systems, and solutions
• Conduct research and collect data to support projects and initiatives
• Assist in the preparation of technical drawing and specifications
• Perform design tests and analysis
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams

• 3-5 years experience in an engineer/design role
• Advanced knowledge of CNC concepts, programming, axis coordinate systems, tooling, etc.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principals and concepts
• Basic knowledge of CNC G-code programming
• Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CAM
• Familiarity with engineering simulation tools
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think analytically
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
