CNC Programmer (Cabinetry & Millwork)

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Cabinetry CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in machining and programming CNC machines using Cabinet Vision/Planit. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to utilize their technical skills in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Must have 2 years experience with Cabinet Vision software, or any comparable cabinet/millwork S2M design software.
• Proficiency in CNC programming and machining techniques.
• Mechanical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience with Cabinet Vision/Planit.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Daily Duties

• Draw projects in Cabinet Vision from designs submitted by the design team.
• Output parts to the CNC and ensure accurate labeling.
• Place orders for non-inventory items for each job (decorative doors, specialty hardware, etc.).
• Program and cut any specialty pieces.
• Order inventory items as necessary.
• Manage CNC tooling and work with vendors to maintain bits.
• Work with programming lead and shop manager to ensure all maintenance is complete on shop machinery.
• Review upcoming jobs with install teams to review engineering and install strategy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
