CNC Programmer

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for our machining centers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CNC operations, toolpath strategies, and CAD/CAM software, and will collaborate closely with our machinists, engineers, and quality teams to ensure efficient and accurate production.

Responsibilities:

1. Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs based on engineering drawings and laser templated site measures.
2. Select appropriate tools, speeds, feeds, and fixtures to achieve optimal efficiency and quality.
3. Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machinery to validate program accuracy and identify any areas for improvement.
4. Collaborate with machinists and engineers to solve technical challenges and enhance production processes.
5. Perform regular maintenance and updates to CNC programs to accommodate design changes or new project requirements.
6. Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices in CNC operations.

• AutoCAD: 1 year (preferred)
