Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

As our next licensed Millwright, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance, refurbishment and repair of all production equipment and facilities as per ISO/TS 16949 system procedures. You will also be responsible for the assembly, debugging, installation, and startup of new or modified production equipment from the perspective of mechanical assembly, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls installation. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining an organized and well-equipped maintenance department with respect to housekeeping and project organization.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor/Manager and working with the Operations, Quality, and Engineering departments to maintain and repair facilities and production equipment.
• Collaborating with team members to implement new or modified production machines in conjunction with new manufacturing projects.
• Ensuring operational quality and efficiency targets are maintained.
• Maintaining Quality Operating Systems with respect to equipment maintenance as per ISO/IATF 16949 Standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• A skilled trade certificate and/or relevant industrial experience.
• Hands-on technical skills in Mechanical Assembly, Machine Repair, Electrical Systems, Hydraulic Systems, Pneumatic systems, PLC and CNC-based control and logic systems, welding, and basic manual machining skills are a definite asset.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the hands-on repair and maintenance of CNC machining and automated assembly applications in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of automotive systems and quality requirements based on QS9000 Operating Systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiating, conflict management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
