CNA Training Program

FREE CNA Training Class - Evenings

Start Date: April 28th

Duration: 8 weeks

Schedule: Mondays - Thursdays from 3:30pm - 9pm

Classroom Location: 2350 Post Road in Warwick RI

Qualifications for this position:

• Must have a strong desire and passion for direct patient care.
• Must have strong documentation skills and be able to work independently.
• Previous direct patient care or work in human services experience preferred, but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Must be available to attend all classes and clinical rotation.

Saint Elizabeth Community offers an 8 week FREE CNA Training Program to prepare you for a career in a variety of eldercare settings including our nursing home, short-term rehab, adult day centers, assisted living, and home care. A retention bonus of $1,000 is available upon completion of 6 months of satisfactory qualifying employment with Saint Elizabeth Community and again at the end of 12 months, for a total of $2,000.

Our program consists of both comprehensive classroom and hands-on clinical education.

Upon successful completion of the Training Program, you are guaranteed placement as a CNA!

** Ability to work in another capacity for Saint Elizabeth before and during training is available **

Please note that CNA class graduates are required to maintain employment with Saint Elizabeth Community in a staff position with a minimum of 24 scheduled hours per week for a period of one year following graduation. Should your status change or employment end prior to fulfilling the one-year commitment, graduates are responsible for reimbursing Saint Elizabeth Community for the cost of their training.
