3. Stakeholder Communication
4. Reviewing policies

Qualifications

• Functional knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM applications and processes, specifically on Configuration Management Database Model and Asset Management Database Model.
• Experience working with ServiceNow Discovery and data reconciliation.
• Experience with CMDB Health Certification and other data governance strategies to improve data accuracy.
• Experience with developing CMDB processes and policies to ensure an accurate inventory of records, as well as integration with incident, change, and problem management processes.
