Cloud Security Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Security Engineer to join our team and take ownership of the security posture of our cloud infrastructure and applications. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and manage security solutions in cloud-native environments, leveraging expertise in tools like Prisma Cloud, securing CI/CD pipelines, and integrating robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies. This role is critical to ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems in a fast-paced, DevSecOps-focused environment.

What you'll do:

• Cloud Security Posture: Ensure the security of Mark Anthony Group’s cloud infrastructure and applications.
• Policy Development: Develop and enforce cloud security and IAM policies, standards, and best practices.
• Threat Modeling: Leverage methodologies like STRIDE, PASTA, and OWASP to evaluate risks and plan mitigation strategies.
• CI/CD Security: Secure pipelines and ensure shift-left security practices.
• Incident Management: Analyze cloud-related incidents and develop automated response mechanisms.

What you have:

• Experience: 5+ years in cloud security engineering or related roles.
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Prisma Cloud, AWS security tools, IAM systems, and CI/CD security.
• Knowledge of: SDLC & OWASP
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
• Certifications (Preferred): CCSP, AWS Security Specialty, Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CI/CD security, container security (Docker, Kubernetes), scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash), and IAM management.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and root cause analysis effectively.

The typical hiring range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 annually complemented by a bonus plan; the base pay is determined by market location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
