Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented Cloud IT Engineer to become a critical part of our client’s dynamic and innovative team. In this role, you’ll manage cloud-based IT infrastructures, ensure the security of web-based applications, and drive the development of cutting-edge IT solutions. You’ll have the opportunity to work with industry-leading technologies and collaborate with top talent to shape the future of Fintech.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support, maintain, and optimize cloud-based infrastructures, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and AWS.

  • Manage and troubleshoot web-based applications and CRM platforms to ensure smooth operation.

  • Implement and oversee cybersecurity measures, including monitoring systems and protection tools.

  • Collaborate with senior engineers to design and deploy scalable, reliable IT solutions.

  • Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices for continuous improvement.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for systems and end-users to minimize downtime.

  • Stay on top of industry trends to continuously innovate IT processes and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-10 years in IT roles, with a focus on cloud infrastructures and security.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS).

  • Experience managing web-based applications and CRM platforms.

  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and monitoring tools.

  • Ability to provide comprehensive IT support and troubleshooting.

  • Basic understanding of API integrations.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work autonomously and within a collaborative team environment.

  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of the latest technology trends.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).

  • Experience with SaaS applications and hosting providers.

  • Familiarity with IT compliance and regulatory standards.

  • Experience in Fintech or similar highly regulated industries.

Location:
Remote (Candidates in Canadian or Australian time zones are preferred).
