Job description

The Clinical Support Manager is an integral member of the hospital management team. They provide leadership during off-business hours and weekends to ensure effective, efficient operations supporting Southlake’s strategic directions. Overall, the Clinical Support Managers champion organizational change, facilitate effective patient flow, and clinical infection control. They monitor occupational health and safety practices, perform investigations, and issue reports including recommendations. Furthermore, the role also acts to resolve patient complaints and conflicts among staff/departments.
