Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Clinical Nurse Manager located in Regina, SK. The Clinical Nurse Manager will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff, coordinating patient care, developing care plans, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role will involve managing day-to-day operations, providing clinical expertise, and maintaining high standards of patient care.

• Clinical expertise in nursing care and patient assessment
• Experience in developing care plans and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare team members
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Current RN license in Saskatchewan
• Experience in geriatric care is a plus
