Clinical Informatics Specialist (PRINCE2, PROSCI, ITIL v3)

Job Description: Our client is looking for a Clinical Informatics Specialist - Remote position!

Must Have Primary Skills:

• Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
• Degree, diploma, or certificate in Nursing.
• Valid PROSCI Organizational Change Management.
• Valid ITIL v3 Foundations.
• 10 years’ experience working with stakeholders in a healthcare environment to implement changes to clinical workflow.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills:

• 5 years’ experience working with stakeholders to elicit and document requirements and develop them into specifications or business process solutions.
• 5 years’ experience providing direct patient care.
• 5 years’ experience implementing Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) in an acute care setting.
• 3 years’ experience implementing the Allscripts or Altera suite of products in an acute care setting.
• 5 years’ experience leading healthcare staff in redesigning clinical processes to improve efficiency and patient care in conjunction with the implementation of a clinical information system.
• 3 years’ experience working with the Allscripts or Altera suite of products while providing direct patient care in a healthcare environment.

Proven Experience In: A service that will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.
