Clinical Facilitator - New Grad

The Clinical Facilitator role is a Ministry of Health funded role as part of the Clinical Scholar Program. It is designed for experienced RNs with frontline experience to mentor and support new graduate and novice nurses in their transition into the workforce. Types of nurses supported include nursing graduates, novice nurses, nurses transitioning into specialty areas, and internationally educated nurses (IENs) – hereafter referred to as “nurses”.
