St. Luke’s Health System in Nampa is seeking a Clinical Educator 2 to join our PAT, PreOp, PACU and Endo team. This is a unit based educator position that provides support for onboarding, simulations, competency management and education of Nampa peri op staff. This position is located onsite in Nampa.

Schedule: 0.6 FTE (48 hours per pay period). The Educator will work a variety of hours/shifts - based on the training needs of the unit, Monday-Friday. This is an onsite position.

What You Can Expect: The Clinical Educator 2 plans, supervises, coordinates and evaluates education programs for clinical personnel. Provides clinical education and evaluation to clinical staff and facilitates evidence-based research within a specialized area.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Experience: 4 years related experience in Pre-Op, Post-Op, PACU, Pre-Admission Testing and Endo is required for this educator role.
  • Licenses/Certifications: RN Licensure in the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
