Clinic Manager Consultant (Family Medicine & Walk-in centres)

We are looking for a Family Medicine / Walk-in Clinic Management consultant to work with us on a freelance / ad-hoc basis, for a few hours per week or on specific projects. We are looking for someone who has good experience in dealing with a broad range of disciplines (billing, operations, financial, etc.) in Family Medicine and Walk-in health settings: FHG, FHO, FFS, etc.

The relationship would be project-based initially, and it could develop into a long-term collaboration / partnership.

Immediate assignment:

1. Create income projection scenarios for new doctors starting their practice (blended capitation and fee-for-service) at a clinic.
2. Create income optimization strategies for the first few months.

There could be multiple other assignments.
