DUTIES
Reporting to the Manager of Operations, Discipline of Family Medicine, and working directly with the Clinical Director and Clinic Team Leads, the successful applicant will provide administrative direction and operational management to the Discipline of Family Medicine's academic family medicine clinics in St. John's. This includes sites located at the Health Sciences Centre, Ross Family Medicine Clinic in the Miller Centre, and the Shea Heights Community Health Centre. Duties include:
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience (3-5 years) in progressively responsible administrative work; graduation with a degree from a four-year college or university program with major coursework in business, public administration, or organizational management; or any equivalent combination of experience and training. Strong skills in supervisory management, problem-solving, and analytical thinking are essential, as is experience with the Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Banner Finance and familiarity with Memorial University's policies and procedures are considered assets. Experience working in a healthcare/clinic environment as well as exposure to the Provincial Electronic Medical Records system and Med Access are considered assets. The Clinic Administrator is responsible for their own required travel between clinics.
SALARY $63,099 - $86,042 per annum (Management and Professional)
