Your Responsibilities:
As our Client Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, develop strategic plans, and drive successful outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and nurturing relationships with clients to understand their goals and challenges
- Developing and implementing tailored success plans to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Job Requirements:

- Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably in Customer Service
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
