Position Overview:
We're seeking an exceptional Client Growth Manager to drive market expansion, optimize patient experiences, and implement innovative automation solutions for our healthcare partners. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver measurable impact in healthcare delivery and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth & Market Expansion:
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies for assigned healthcare clients.
- Lead market expansion initiatives, identifying new opportunities and penetration strategies.
- Create data-driven recommendations for client growth and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations.
- Travel between Ontario, CA and Chicago, IL markets to support client growth initiatives.
- Automation & Innovation:
- Identify and implement automation opportunities within client workflows.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop scalable solutions that can be replicated across the client portfolio.
- Monitor and optimize automated processes for maximum impact.
- Patient Experience Excellence:
- Champion patient-centric solutions and improvements.
- Analyze patient journey touchpoints and implement enhancement strategies.
- Monitor and improve patient satisfaction metrics.
- Develop best practices for patient engagement and experience.
- Team Leadership & Coaching:
- Provide mentorship and guidance to client teams.
- Lead by example in project execution and client management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across clients.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in STEM field (Engineering, Computer Science, or related).
- 5+ years of healthcare industry experience, with focus on growth and cost optimization.
- Proven track record in implementing automation solutions in healthcare settings.
- Demonstrated success in driving market expansion and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Experience in patient experience optimization and healthcare delivery models.
- Excellence in project management and cross-functional team leadership.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to travel regularly between Ontario, CA and Chicago, IL offices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in relevant field (MBA, Healthcare Administration, etc.).
- Healthcare technology platform implementation experience.
- Experience with healthcare analytics and ROI measurement.
- Background in process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean).
- Experience with CRM systems and automation tools.
- Familiarity with healthcare markets in California and Illinois.
