Responsibilities
Build and develop a team focused on delivering superior service to clients.
Train team members to elevate both in-store and online customer experiences.
Develop others through coaching and performance improvement plans.
Work within various departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing, and made-to-measure.
Execute business plans and company initiatives with strong business acumen.

Requirements
2+ years of retail experience with leadership capacity in managing a store or department.
Proven track record of coaching and development with tangible improvements.
Experience in the retail industry is preferred.
Keen understanding of luxury retail business plans and initiatives.
Passion for maintaining core values and fostering an inclusive environment.
