A Client Executive – ServiceNow is very consultative and plays a critical, market-facing role (clients and partners) and is responsible for building trust-based relationships in an industry where they have sophisticated knowledge of the intricacies and struggles that are inherent to the business. This role is not about Product and Services; it’s about solving business challenges with strategic process and Automation solutions.
A Consultative seller goes beyond simply pitching a product; instead, they engage in important conversations with clients to uncover underlying issues and opportunities for improvement. They possess a comprehensive understanding of the nuances and problems within their industry, allowing them to empathize with their clients' needs and challenges.
