This position includes a wide range of responsibilities, with a primary focus on utilizing the client management system application to facilitate the appointment booking process for specialists and clients within Ontario. You will provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating, collaborating, and coordinating patient information and bookings. This role involves utilizing the program's electronic medical records software to manage patient information, referrals, and other medical data.
